Stadt Konzept momentarily has four companies and has been operating in Berlin since the year 2000. Mr. Hahn, the Managing Director, has been in the real estate business for 18 years.

The consulting firm (“Beratungsgesellschaft”) is responsible for the evaluation and provision of real estate.

The Invest is a licensed partner of the German bank (“Deutsche Kreditbank”) and is responsible for the financing of German purchasers.

The support firm (“Betreuungsgesellschaft”) is solely responsible for the concerns and interests of the seller and their clients after the sale.
